Drama

TPF drama classes are fun and full of energy. Through a range of drama games and creative exercises we will develop a child’s confidence and help them acquire the necessary life skills thorough the medium of drama. We use ‘devising’ as one of our key teaching tools. We think ‘Devising’ is a more organic and creative way of working. (It beats sitting with your head in a book or script!) It allows the children to create and tell a story using the ideas suggested by the group.

We believe that this method allows the children to experience a more expressive way of learning. Within the class we will expose and actively encourage our students to participate in the following: Creating and Improving stage presence and performance skills, improvisation, role play, character development, script work and audition techniques.
